Ingredients For bacon wrapped pork roast w/spinach&feta stuffing

1 1/2 lbpork tenderloin or roast

8 ozspinach, drained

4 ozfeta cheese, crumbled

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
2 tspcreole seasoning
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
8 ozdr. pepper or cherry cola
-
4 slicebacon
How To Make bacon wrapped pork roast w/spinach&feta stuffing

1Mix spinach together with cheese, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.

2Filet tenderloin and spread spinach mixture in the tenderloin.

3Roll up tenderloin to enclose filling; season tenderloin with remaining ingredients (creole, garlic powder & italian seasoning) wrap bacon around tenderloin; secure with toothpicks.

4Place in roasting pan and pour Dr. Pepper over tenderloin. Cover & bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 and bake until meat thermometer registers 160
