Ingredients For bacon wrapped pork roast w/spinach&feta stuffing

  • 1 1/2 lb
    pork tenderloin or roast
  • 8 oz
    spinach, drained
  • 4 oz
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 8 oz
    dr. pepper or cherry cola
  • 4 slice
    bacon

How To Make bacon wrapped pork roast w/spinach&feta stuffing

    Mix spinach together with cheese, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.

    Filet tenderloin and spread spinach mixture in the tenderloin.

    Roll up tenderloin to enclose filling; season tenderloin with remaining ingredients (creole, garlic powder & italian seasoning) wrap bacon around tenderloin; secure with toothpicks.

    Place in roasting pan and pour Dr. Pepper over tenderloin. Cover & bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 and bake until meat thermometer registers 160
