I developed this recipe because I ? pad see ew & order it from every Thai restaurant we frequent. And who doesn't love a bacon & eggs combo?

Ingredients For bacon pad see ew (gluten free)

  • 1 lb
    bacon
  • 1 lb
    wide flat rice noodles
  • 1
    small onion
  • 8 clove
    garlic
  • 3 lb
    bag broccoli florets blend
  • 1/2 c
    gluten-free thai peanut sauce
  • 4
    eggs

How To Make bacon pad see ew (gluten free)

  • wide flat rice noodles soaking in water

    Soak noodles in cold water for an hour to soften.
  • bacon chopped, fried, then drained

    Chop & brown bacon. Remove from pan.
  • chopped onion & garlic sautéing in pan

    Sauté onion & garlic in drippings.
  • chopped vegetables

    Stir in chopped vegetables.

    Add a little sauce to help everything brown nicely.

    Make a "well" in center of pan. Add eggs & scramble. Stir gently until completely cooked and mixed into vegetables. Remove from pan.

    Add remaining sauce to pan and gently stir-fry the softened noodles until browned.

    Return bacon, vegetables & eggs to pan and lightly toss with noodles to mix.
