This is the rub I use for all pork butts, loin, and tenderloin.

Ingredients For baby jan's butt dry rub

  • 4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp
    dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/16 tsp
    ground ginger
