Ingredients For michael's awesome possum pasta

12 ozbow tie pasta

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 lbsweet italian sausage, casing removed and crumbled

1/2 tspred pepper flakes

1/2 conion, diced
-
1/2 cbell pepper, chopped

1/3 cblack olives, cut
-
3 clovegarlic, minced
-
28 ozcan stewed tomatoes, undrained

1 1/2 cheavy cream
-
1/2 tspsea salt
-
1/2 tspfresh ground pepper
-
3 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
-
parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make michael's awesome possum pasta

1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

2Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage and pepper flakes until sausage is evenly brown. Stir in onion, peppers, olives and garlic, cook until tender. Drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, cream, and salt/pepper. Simmer until mixture thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.

3Stir cooked pasta into sauce, and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese.
