5 lbmeat cut in pieces (pork butt)

2 Tbsppaparika

2 tspsalt (or to taste)

1 tspcinnamon

3 Tbsphot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)

2garlic cloves (crushed)

1/2 cred wine (not sweet)
How To Make aunt mary's blade meat

1Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight, simmer, covered,until meat is tender.
