Ingredients For aunt mary's blade meat

  • 5 lb
    meat cut in pieces (pork butt)
  • 2 Tbsp
    paparika
  • 2 tsp
    salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp
    hot crushed pepper (liquid in jar)
  • 2
    garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/2 c
    red wine (not sweet)

How To Make aunt mary's blade meat

    Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight, simmer, covered,until meat is tender.

    OR, (my note) you can grill this and serve on rolls.
