1 1/2 lbpork baby back ribs or country style ribs

4 1/2 tspmolasses

1 Tbspgarlic salt

1 tsponion powder

1 tspworcestershire sauce

glaze:

1/2 creduce sodium soy sauce

3 Tbsppineapple juice concentrate

2 Tbspvinegar
-
2 Tbsphoisin sauce

2 Tbspketchup
-
1 tsplemon juice

1 tspdry mustard
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspfresh gingeroot

1/2 tspminced garlic

chopped green onion
How To Make asian style baby back ribs

1Pat ribs dry.Combine the molasses,garlic salt onion powderand worcestershire sauce,brush over meat,Place ribs n a rack in a shallow roasting pan.Cover and bake at 300*for 1hr.

2In a small saucepan,combine the soy sauce,pineapple juice concentrate,vinegar,hoisin sauce,ketchup,lemon juice,mustard,worcestershire sauce,ginger and garlic,bring o a boil.Reduce heat,simmer,uncovered for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened,stirring occasionally.

3Cook grill rack with cooking spray before starting to grill.Brush ribs with some of the glaze,grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until browned,turning frequentlyand brushing with additional glaze.Serve remanning glaze on the side.Garnish with green onions.
