had 3 boneless pork tenderloin chops....what to make... opened spice draw.... and started addin for a marinate for overnight.. then jus went with that to add the other stuff

Ingredients For asian pork

3 mdboneless pork tenderloin chops[1/2 in thick]

1 lbbag frozen oions,celery,green and red bell peppers

2 Tbspdried parsley

1 tspeach:chineese dry mustard,chineese ground ginger,black ground pepper,

1/2 tspeach:red pepper flakes,dried lemon peel

1 1/2 clight/low salt soy sauce
-
1/4 clemon jiuce
-
2-3 pinchsplenda
-
8 ozsliced fresh mushroom
-
1 lgwhite onion,chopped fine
-
1 pkgfrozen pea pods
-
1 jarbaby corn,drained well
-
1 mdcarrot,grated
-
2-3 cyur fav rice,cooked without any salt

1 bunchgreen onions,chopped both green and wite parts
How To Make asian pork

1put thawed meat,bag of veggies,soy sauce,lemon juice,splenda and all spices, into lg zip lock bag... toss well to coat all the meat..put on plate and put in fridge overnight[flip pkg of meat before goin to bed... also flip again when ya first get up in am]

2inlg fry pan first spray with non stick cookin spray then add bout 1 in conola oil and 1/2 stick of butter....heat til a drop of water put in pan sizzles...add chops...cook til well browned3-5 min flip do sec side spray pyrex dish place meat on bottom... add more oil if needed[to fry pan].add veggies in this order waitin bout 5 min bewteen addin the next...onion,carrot,pea pods,mushrooms,corn

3now add the marinate[from meat] to pan mix wellnow pour this over meat in pyrex dish over veggies put rice...cover bake at 350 for 1 hr....sprinkle green onion over top before serving....

4i serve an extra bottle of soy sauce at the table...
