1 lgboneless pork tenderloin, about 1-inch (2.5cm) thick

1/2 cflour, all-purpose variety

1 lgegg
-
2 tspsesame oil, divided

1/2 cpanko breadcrumbs

salt, kosher variety, to taste

white pepper, freshly ground, to taste

3Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

4Add some salt and pepper to the flour, and place into a shallow dish.

5Whisk the egg, and sesame oil with a bit of water, and place into another shallow dish.

6Place the panko breadcrumbs into a third shallow dish, and mix with the additional teaspoon of sesame oil.

7Cut the boneless pork tenderloin in half lengthwise.

8Dip the pork into the flour, and thoroughly coat.

9Shake off the excess flour, and then dip into the egg mixture.

10Add to the panko, and thoroughly coat.

11Add the pork to the basket of your air fryer.

12Set the temp to 375f (190c), and cook until golden brown, about 6 – 8 minutes.

13Turn the pork over, and cook for an addition 4 – 5 minutes.

14PLATE/PRESENT

15Serve while nice and warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy.
