I don't really eat pork a lot... usually. But apples can make anything amazing! So juicy and flavorful, not to mention easy - I just love it!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This pork loin recipe has simple ingredients and the results are super tasty. We really liked this dish in the Test Kitchen. The combination of sweet apples and onions is fantastic. The savory pork is cooked perfectly and pairs well with the apples and onions. Serve with egg noodles, it's a delicious (and easy) dinner your family will love.
