1pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)

1/2 capple cider or apple juice

1 tspsalt

1/2 cfinely chopped pecans

1/4 choney

2 Tbspdijon mustard
How To Make apple pecan roasted pork

1Place the pork roast in a large resealable plastic bag; add apple cider (or juice) and 1 tsp. salt. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

2Spread the pecans on a plate. Drain pork, discarding marinade. In a small bowl, mix honey and mustard; rub over pork. Roll pork in pecans, patting to help nuts adhere.

3Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for one hour. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into slices and season with salt to taste.
