The new pork casserole recipe I created is American style, filled with sausage, boneless pork chops, crumbled bacon, and cubed ham. It's delicious.

Ingredients For all-american pork casserole

2 ccrumbled cooked bacon

2 Tbspavocado oil, divided

1 lbkielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

2banana peppers, sliced

1 mdred onion, chopped
-
1 jarsliced mushrooms, drained

1 pkgfajita seasoning mix
-
2 tspcurry powder
-
4fresh boneless pork chops, sliced
-
2 ccubed ham
-
3 Tbsphoney mustard
-
1 cheavy cream
-
2 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1packet dry onion soup mix
-
3 tspground black pepper
-
1 cshredded Mexican cheese blend
How To Make all-american pork casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled cooked bacon.

3Heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa sausages, banana peppers, red onion and mushrooms. Saute it for 5 minutes or until tender.

4Stir in fajita seasoning and curry powder. Remove from heat and set aside.

5Heat remaining avocado oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add sliced pork chops and cubed ham and cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Mix in honey mustard. Remove from heat.

6In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, soup ,cream cheese, dry onion soup mix and black pepper; whisk together until blended. Stir in pork mixture.

7Transfer to a prepared baking dish. Add kielbasa mixture evenly on top and cover with aluminum foil.

8Bake for 25 minutes, until evenly heated through.

9Remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with Mexican cheese blend. Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
