The new pork casserole recipe I created is American style, filled with sausage, boneless pork chops, crumbled bacon, and cubed ham. It's delicious.

Ingredients For all-american pork casserole

  • 2 c
    crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 Tbsp
    avocado oil, divided
  • 1 lb
    kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2
    banana peppers, sliced
  • 1 md
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 jar
    sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 pkg
    fajita seasoning mix
  • 2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 4
    fresh boneless pork chops, sliced
  • 2 c
    cubed ham
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    packet dry onion soup mix
  • 3 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 c
    shredded Mexican cheese blend

How To Make all-american pork casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled cooked bacon.

    Heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa sausages, banana peppers, red onion and mushrooms. Saute it for 5 minutes or until tender.

    Stir in fajita seasoning and curry powder. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Heat remaining avocado oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add sliced pork chops and cubed ham and cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Mix in honey mustard. Remove from heat.

    In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, soup ,cream cheese, dry onion soup mix and black pepper; whisk together until blended. Stir in pork mixture.

    Transfer to a prepared baking dish. Add kielbasa mixture evenly on top and cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake for 25 minutes, until evenly heated through.

    Remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with Mexican cheese blend. Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
