Ingredients For adobo pork

2 ctomatoes

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspchili powder

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

3 TbspAdobo sauce

1 Tbsphoney

2 clovegarlic, chopped

4 1/2 lbpork shoulder
How To Make adobo pork

1In a food processor or blender, combine first 7 ingredients until smooth.

2Cut pork shoulder in half and put into 5 quart slow cooker. Pour tomato mixture over the pork and cook on high for 8 hours.

3Remove meat from slow cooker and cool slightly. Shred the meat and serve on buns or eat with plain, hot cooked rice
