4acorn squash cut in half and scoop out the seeds.
How To Make acorn squash stuffed with spicy short ribs

1Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the ribs. Let marinate for at least 3 hours.

2Preheat the oven 375 degrees. Brush the squash halves with olive oil and place on a baking sheet cut side down. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Untilj a fork goes through easily.

3Meanwhile place the ribs and marinade in a instant pot. Secure cover and cook on high for 40 minutes. Quick release. Remove the ribs to a cutting board.

4Remove the ribs from the bone and discard fat. Fill each squash half with rib meat and serve
