Ingredients For vegetarian pizza supreme

1refrigerated pizza crust - thin or thick

1 jargreen pesto sauce

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/2 cmozarella cheese, shredded

14-oz pkg. feta cheese, crumbled

1 canartichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
-
1 can3.5 oz. can pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced (can use kalamata olives)

2plum tomatoes, sliced and placed on paper towels to absorb excess moisture
-
1-2 cfresh baby spinach, stems removed

1 tspitalian or greek seasoning, optional
How To Make vegetarian pizza supreme

1Roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza stone. You can use a sheet tray sprinkled with a little cornmeal. Heat oven to 375-400 degrees.

2Spread a layer of pesto sauce on the pizza dough and sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

3Sprinkle artichoke hearts, olives and spinach over pizza. Add sliced tomatoes on top of spinach.

4Sprinkle with Italian or Greek seasoning, if using. Add remaining parmesan cheese and feta cheese.

5Bake according to dough instructions or until crust is lightly browned and toppings are bubbly.
