1store bought or fresh pizza dough

1/4 ccoconut milk

3 Tbspcreamy peanut butter

1 Tbsplime juice

2 tspeach soy sauce and sriracha sauce

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1 cshredded cooked chicken

1/4 cmatchstick carrots

1 cshredded monterey jack cheese

1/3 cbean sprouts

How To Make thai chicken pizza

1Place a pizza stone in oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out dough and place on parchment paper on a pizza peel. Poke a few holes in the dough and transfer to the oven and cook 5 minutes.

2Mix the coconut milk, peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Spread on the pizza dough. Top with chicken, carrots and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
