Ingredients For sicilian pizza

1 cwater

1 tspsugar

1 pkgactive dry yeast

3 cbread flour

3-4 Tbspolive oil

1 tspsalt
How To Make sicilian pizza

1Add water, sugar and yeast to a stand mixer. Let yeast bloom.

2Add flour to bowl and add salt and olive oil on top of flour.

3Mix and knead until dough is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap in a greased bowl until doubled.

4Then shape into pizza, Stromboli, Calzone, Garlic Knots or even Zeppolis I double this recipe to make a Sicilian Pizza

5Bake pizza at 550 or as high as your oven will go
