Ingredients For seattle dog pizza

1 Tbspcanola oil

16 ozkielbasa sausages, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces

2 Tbspmargarine, divided

1 lgvidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced

1 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1 cheavy cream
-
16 ozcream cheese, cut into cubes

1prepared 16-inch pizza crust
-
2 cshredded monterey jack cheese, divided
-
3/4 cshredded Parmesan cheese
-
5 mdjalapenos, sliced into thick rings
-
20frozen mini onion rings, thawed
How To Make seattle dog pizza

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced kielbasa sausages and cook for 6 minutes until browned. Remove the sausages with a slotted spoon to drain on paper towel-lined plate. Set aside.

3Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add diced onion and saute for 5 minutes until translucent. Stir in flour and red pepper flakes, saute again for 3 minutes until golden brown.

4Add heavy cream and cubed cream cheese into the onion mixture and mix until smooth and spreadable. Remove from heat.

5Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust; top with 1 cup shredded monterey jack and Parmesan cheeses. Arrange cooked sausage pieces, fresh jalapeno slices and onion rings over the cheese layer.

6Sprinkle remaining monterey jack all over the topping.

7Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
