Ingredients For pizza margherita

1/2of store bought pizza dough

1 lgfresh tomato sliced

1/4 cextra virgin olive oil

4 ozburrata or fresh mozarrella cheese

1 Tbspfresh oregano
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 cfresh basil
How To Make pizza margherita

1Place a pizza stone in oven and turn the oven to 425 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough and sprinkle a pizza peel with cornmeal or flour. Place the dough on the peel.

2Brush dough with olive oil then cover with the Mozzarella cheese. Lay the tomato slices in a single layer. Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan cheese.

3Place in oven for about 10 to 12 minutes until crust is browned. Remove from oven and brush the edges with olive oil drizzle the rest over the pizza sprinkle more Parmesan cheese over the pizza then top with basil
