Ingredients For pepperoni pizza

  • 2
    14-inch easy-cheesy herb pizza dough
  • 1 can
    pizza sauce (7 oz./213 ml)
  • 3 c
    mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp
    Italian seasoning (1 tsp per pizza)
  • 40
    thinly sliced onions (lyonnaise cut)
  • 24
    thinly sliced red peppers
  • 24
    thinly sliced poblano peppers
  • 4 lg
    button mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced
  • 40 slice
    pepperoni
  • 1 can
    sliced olives, drained (2 oz.)
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 3 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

How To Make pepperoni pizza

    Preheat oven to 500ºF.
  • 2
    Divide all the ingredients, except parsley, between the two pizza crusts, leaving 1-inch from the edges.

    Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 13 minutes.

    Remove from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
