My apologies to my Hispanic friends. This is my recipe, not an authentic dish. Sorry, there are no amounts of ingredients. Go wild !!!

Ingredients For mexican pizza

10 inch tortillas
-
salsa
-
sour cream
-
shredded cheddar cheese
-
shredded monterey jack cheese
-
chicken breast meat, cut into bite sized pieces

red and green sweet peppers, sliced

sliced onions
How To Make mexican pizza

1Saute chicken bites in oil with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Remove from skillet.

2Saute sweet peppers and onions sliced in same skillet. Remove.

3Place a small amount of Cheddar cheese on one tortilla. Top with second tortilla. In a non- stick skillet, brown the double tortilla on both sides. Cover the top of the double tortilla with Jack Cheese.

4Top Jack cheese with sauteed peppers and chicken bites.

5Cover skillet and cook until cheese is melted. Remove from skillet. Serve with Salsa and Sour cream
