1store bought flatbread dough or make your own

1/2 cfavorite salsa

4 ozfresh mozzarella

2 cloveroasted garlic minced

1/4 csliced red onion

2 Tbspserrano pepper seeded and finely minced

1 cleftover rotisserie chicken chopped

fresh cilantro
How To Make mexican chicken flatbread pizza

1Place a pizza stone in oven and turn the heat to 450 degrees. On a pizza peel add a little flour if using homemade flatbread. If using store bought flatbread dough it comes on parchment paper can leave it on the paper. Place on the stone in the oven and cook until the bread begins to get brown. Remove from oven with pizza peel.

2Spoon the salsa on the flatbread. Top with torn Mozzarella cheese, then roasted garlic, red onion, chilies, and then chicken. Place on the pizza stone in the oven.

3Bake for 10 minutes until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top with cilantro.
