1/4 cgreek pesto sauce

1 lgchicken breast (about 1 cup), poached and cubed

1 can(6 oz.) artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and cubed

2 Tbspsun-dried tomatoes, well drained

2 Tbspshallots, thinly sliced (lyonnaise cut)

1/8 tspred pepper flakes, or to taste

2 csharp white cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 Tbspchopped parsley, for garnish

1Preheat oven to 425ºF.

2Spread pesto, leaving about ¼-inch from the edge of the pizza crust. Evenly add chicken cubes, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, red pepper flakes, and cheese.

3Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

4Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before adding chopped parsley.
