Ingredients For low-carb chicken pizza crust

  • 2-12.5 oz
    canned chicken, drained
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, canned works best
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • to taste
    salt and pepper
  • varied
    topping of choice. we used g. hughes sugar free bbq sauce for the base, thin sliced red onions and mushrooms to make "bbq chicken" pizza. add pepperoni, ham, green peppers or any toppings, cheese and sauce of your choosing..

How To Make low-carb chicken pizza crust

    Mix ingredients in a bowl, then flatten mixture with a fork onto a parchment lined pan.
