Came home from shopping the other day and found a big bag of wild asparagus an morel mushrooms on my porch so have been coming up with different recipe's to use them up.

Ingredients For indidividual pizza's

28" totillia rounds(l used all grain)

1/2 cbacon, uncooked (diced)

1/2 casparagus (diced)
-
1/2 cmorel mushrooms (cut un half depending on size)

2 cfavorite cheese (shredded)

1 tspcoconut oil
How To Make indidividual pizza's

1In a sauté pan put coconut oil, add bacon, asparagus, and morel mushrooms cook till bacon is crisp and asparagus is tender, drain.

2(I used a cookie sheet but could use any kind of pan,)put rounds on divide 1 cup of cheese 1/2 cup for each round.

3Divide bacon and veggie mixture between rounds.

4Cover top of pizza with the rest of divided cheese. Bake in low oven till cheese melts.
