Ingredients For french dip pizza

1store bought flat bread or regular pizza dough
- CHEESE SAUCE

3 Tbspflour

2 cmilk
-
1/2 ceach shredded provolone and swiss cheese
- AU JUS

2 cbeef stock

1 Tbspbeef bouillon

1envelope beefy onion soup mix

1 Tbspfresh thyme
- TOPPINGS

1 Tbspoil

1 smonion thinly sliced

1/2 lbdeli sliced roast beef

4 sliceprovolone cheese cut into half moons

2 Tbspfresh parsley
How To Make french dip pizza

1Place a pizza stone in oven. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Roll out the flatbread or pizza dough. Place the flatbread on pizza peel. Pop in oven until it starts to brown. Remove from oven.

2Prepare the cheese sauce by whisking together the flour and 1/2 cup of the milk until smooth. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer. Whisk in the flour mixture and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in the cheeses. Once melted. Spread it over top of the dough.

3Saute the onions in the oil until softened. Top the sauced pizza with the roast beef then add the onions. Top with the half moons of provolone cheese. Place back in oven and let cook until cheese is bubbly.

4Meanwhile prepare the Au Jus Mix the Au Jus ingredients together and cook for about 6 minutes.

5Top the pizza with parsley and serve with the Au Jus for dipping
