**pickled banana pepper rings

How To Make fiesta mini pizza - reduced carb

1Spray bottle of pita bread with spray oil and place bottom side down on baking sheet. Drizzle generously or lightly with Franks red hot wing sauce.

2Top with grated Mozzarella, pickled sweet banana pepper rings, fresh thinly sliced jalapeno, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion and sliced mushroom (opt)

3Add a little more cheese on top and a little drizzle of hot sauce if desired.

4Bake 400º for about 7-8 min. Place under low heat broiler for about 1-2 min.
