Although this still does not curb my appetite for real pizza... still makes a very healthy substitute!

Ingredients For fathead pizza crust (low carb)

1 1/2 cmozzarella cheese

2 ozcream cheese

2 lgeggs (beaten)

1/3 ccoconut flour
-
1/2 Tbspgarlic powder (or less but we really like garlic)
How To Make fathead pizza crust (low carb)

1Preheat oven to 425 Degrees

2Combined Cheese, Microwave for 45 Seconds, Stir, Microwave for another 45 Seconds. Stir until well mixed.

3Stir in beaten eggs, Garlic and Coconut Flour. Knead until dough forms.

4Roll out, poke with fork.

5Bake 6 Minutes or until golden brown.

6Top with what you like and bake until Cheese melted (Picture is topped with Sugar Free Pasta Sauce, Fresh Spinach & Mozzarella Cheese)
