Although this still does not curb my appetite for real pizza... still makes a very healthy substitute!

Ingredients For fathead pizza crust (low carb)

  • 1 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 lg
    eggs (beaten)
  • 1/3 c
    coconut flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic powder (or less but we really like garlic)

How To Make fathead pizza crust (low carb)

    Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
  • 2
    Combined Cheese, Microwave for 45 Seconds, Stir, Microwave for another 45 Seconds. Stir until well mixed.

    Stir in beaten eggs, Garlic and Coconut Flour. Knead until dough forms.

    Roll out, poke with fork.

    Bake 6 Minutes or until golden brown.

    Top with what you like and bake until Cheese melted (Picture is topped with Sugar Free Pasta Sauce, Fresh Spinach & Mozzarella Cheese)
