I know it sounds weird but it is surprisingly delicious. It was pizza night, and we usually order from 1 particular pizza place here in town because they are consistently good and prompt. But periodically we make our own, and tonight was one of those nights. I had ordered a dill pickle pizza and loved it, so I tried making it myself with a few adjustments to see how it would come out. One word - Scrumptious! Simple to make, and the leftovers are awesome. Make it with or without the salami - maybe sub another protein if you like.

Attention pickle lovers! This is one homemade pizza recipe you won't want to miss! Using premade pizza crust makes this pizza easy to prepare. The creamy garlic sauce is the delicious base for the pizza. It highlights the flavor of pickles and savory salami. The blend of four types of cheese makes this pizza super cheesy.
