    shredded Mexican cheese blend

    sliced jalapenos, optional

    finely diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco sauce (store-bought or copycat Taco Bell sauce)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • salsa, sour cream, and/or guacamole, optional

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil.
