How To Make copycat taco bell mexican pizza
-
1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil.
-
2Place the tortillas on baking sheets, two per sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Set aside. (You will likely need to do this in two batches to bake all 8 tortillas.)
-
3In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess fat and add the taco seasoning. Stir well.
-
4In a separate pot, heat the refried beans.
-
5Spread some refried beans evenly over 4 of the crispy tortillas on the baking sheets.
-
6Spread some seasoned taco meat evenly over the beans. Top with another crispy tortilla.
-
7Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of each pizza.
-
8Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove the pizzas from the oven.
-
9Sprinkle diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, and green onions over top.
-
10Drizzle the taco sauce over top. Cut the pizzas into 4 pieces each like you would a pie. Top each piece with a dollop of guacamole, sour cream, and/or salsa, if you like.
