1 bunchfresh basil

2 Tbsppine nuts

1 clovegarlic

2 Tbspgrated Parmesan cheese

1 Tbsplemon juice

salt and pepper

olive oil, for emulsion
- PIZZA
-
1pizza dough, store bought, frozen, or make your own

2/3 cpesto
-
2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 cshredded left over rotesserie chicken

1 ccherry tomatoes, cut in half

fresh basil leaves, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese, for topping
How To Make chicken pesto pizza

1For the pesto, place all the ingredients in a food processor except the olive oil. Process while drizzling in the olive oil just until it's smooth.

2Preheat oven 500 degrees F. Place the dough on a lightly greased pizza pan and spread out to a 12 inch circle. Brush the edges with olive oil. Spread the pesto on the pizza. Top with the mozzarella, chicken and tomatoes. Bake about 10 to 12 minutes.

3Remove from oven and top with pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil leaves.
