- FOR THE PIZZA

1refrigerated pizza dough

4 ozblack forest ham sliced

1/4 cred onion chopped

1 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

1 cmozzarella cheese

1 cgoat cheese

fresh basil chiffonade
- FOR THE BALSAMIC GLAZE

1/2 cbalsamic vinegar

How To Make black forest ham pizza w anchoy basil pesto

1To make the pesto Place all ingredients in a food processor and while processing drizzle in oil to make a thick consistency.

2To make the pizza. Roll out the dough in a square. Place a pizza stone in the over and preheat oven 400 degrees.

3Spread the pesto on the pizza dough. Top with the mozzarella cheese, then the black forest ham, red onion, parmesan cheese then drop the goat cheese as best as you can. Brush the edges with some olive oil

4Place on a well floured Pizza peel and transfer to the pizza stone in the oven. Bake about 10 to 15 minutes.

5While the pizza is baking mix the balsamic vinegar and sugar together on a stove top and bring to a boil. Reduce to a thick glaze. you can also use store bought balsamic glaze.

6Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top and garnish with basil leaves.
