This amazing pizza is a unique combination of spicy and BBQ flavors. It is a delicious way to use up your pulled pork leftovers!

Ingredients For bbq pulled pork pizza

  • 1 can
    (7.5 oz./213 ml) pizza sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    chipotle purée
  • 2
    -14 inch pizza dough
  • cornmeal for dusting the pizza pans
  • 6 Tbsp
    your favorite bbq sauce, or more to taste
  • 2 c
    pulled pork, cooked
  • 1/2 lg
    poblano pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 md
    white onion, sliced (lyonnaise cut)
  • 1 1/2 c
    monterey jack with jalapeño cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro, for garnish

How To Make bbq pulled pork pizza

    Preheat oven to 500ºF. In a small bowl, combine pizza sauce with chipotle purée. Spread sauce mixture evenly on two pizza dough. Add BBQ sauce and spread evenly as well. Place 1 cup meat on each pizza, dispersed evenly.

    Add slices of poblano and white onions. Divide cheese onto two pies. Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheeses are melted.

    Remove from the heat and let it sit 10 minutes before serving.
