If you're looking to cut back on pasta, serve zucchini noodles! It's a way to enjoy a lower carb spaghetti night. The noodles have a lovely, slightly crunchy texture. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce, with a little olive oil, or melted butter. Yum!

Ingredients For zoodles (zucchini noodles)

1-3zucchini, julienned

2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 tspgarlic, minced
How To Make zoodles (zucchini noodles)

1Cut up several large zucchini into long strips (I use my julienne peeler).

2You can even peel off the green skin for a more authentic looking "noodle".

3Saute them quickly in a bit of olive oil, salt, and minced garlic. Toss until tender. Remove from pan and place in serving dish.

4Top with your favorite pasta sauce and ENJOY!
