Ingredients For yakisoba noodle bowl with shrimp

1 box(32 oz) chicken broth, reduced sodium

1 cfrozen peas

1 cfrozen carrot slices

1 Tbspdark sesame oil

1 Tbsptamari or soy sauce, low sodium

1 Tbspszechuan stir-fry sauce

17 ozyakisoba noodles, refrigerated

1 lbmedium cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
How To Make yakisoba noodle bowl with shrimp

1In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, frozen peas, frozen carrots, sesame oil, soy sauce and stir-fry sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for about 6 minutes.

2Add noodles and return to boiling. Reduce heat again and simmer for another 2 minutes.

3Add cooked shrimp and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, or until the shrimp are heated through.

4Using tongs, divide the noodles among 4 soup bowls. Add the shrimp and ladle in broth and veggies. Enjoy!
