Ingredients For yakisoba noodle bowl with shrimp

  • 1 box
    (32 oz) chicken broth, reduced sodium
  • 1 c
    frozen peas
  • 1 c
    frozen carrot slices
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    tamari or soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 Tbsp
    szechuan stir-fry sauce
  • 17 oz
    yakisoba noodles, refrigerated
  • 1 lb
    medium cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

How To Make yakisoba noodle bowl with shrimp

    In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, frozen peas, frozen carrots, sesame oil, soy sauce and stir-fry sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for about 6 minutes.

    Add noodles and return to boiling. Reduce heat again and simmer for another 2 minutes.

    Add cooked shrimp and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, or until the shrimp are heated through.

    Using tongs, divide the noodles among 4 soup bowls. Add the shrimp and ladle in broth and veggies. Enjoy!
