I practically live on this when tomatoes are in season. It's super easy and everyone loves it. This is not supposed to be cold, or hot. Warm is perfect.

Ingredients For warm feta, tomato, pasta salad

8plum tomatoes, seeded and diced

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1/2 clightly packed shredded fresh basil leaves

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
4-6 ozfeta cheese, diced
-
12 ozziti, penne, or rotini pasta

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make warm feta, tomato, pasta salad

1Mix together the tomatoes, oil, basil, garlic, and S&P to taste. Let sit at room temp for 1 - 3 hours,

2Bring feta cheese to room temperature.

3Cook the pasta until al dente. Mix with tomato mixture, then gently toss with feta cheese.
