  • 1/4 c
    butter of mararine
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta ,cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 c
    macaroni cooked, drained
  • 1/2 c
    shredded chedder cheese

How To Make velveeta down-home mac and cheese

    Heat butter in med saucepan on med heat. Whisk in flour; cook 2 min, stirring constntly. Gradually stir in milk; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constanlty. Add Velveeta; cook 3 min or until melted, stirring frequently; Stir in macaroni.
