1 lbground beef

1 cchopped onion

1 can(14 1/2 oz) beef broth

1 1/2 cuncooked bow tie pasta

1/2 cwater

1 tspitalian seasoning

1 tspchili powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tsppepper

1 cchopped sweet yellow pepper

1 cchopped zucchini

2 cchopped tomatoes

1 c(4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make vegetable beef bow tie skillet

1In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat till meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the broth, pasta, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 mins.

2Add yellow pepper and zucchini; cover and cook 2-4 minutes longer or till pasta and veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
