We love pasta in our house. This is just one of the many versions of pasta we have enjoyed. It is a modified version of one I found on line with pre-made Tomato Alfredo that I used my version of Tomato Alfredo sauce. We hope you enjoy this as much as we do.

Ingredients For tuscan pasta with tomato-basil cream

20 ozrefrigerated four-cheese ravioli

1 pkgfresh mushrooms

2 Tbspolive oil

1chicken bouillon cube

2fresh garlic cloves

1 cwater
-
2 Tbspwhite wine

4 ozcream cheese

2 mdtamatoes
-
2 Tbspbasil, dried

8 oztomato sauce
-
1 cmozzarella cheese
-
1 1/2 cparmesan cheese
How To Make tuscan pasta with tomato-basil cream

1Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2Saute' mushrooms in olive oil with garlic. Add water and chicken bouillon cube and stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese stirring until melted. Add tomato sauce and stir in chopped tomatoes, basil, wine and cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

3Add mozzarella cheese and mix until melted. Pour over pasta. Top evenly with Parmesan cheese.
