3 cuncooked egg noodles

1 csliced celery
-
1/2 cchopped onion

1 smgreen sweet pepper, chopped

1 smsweet red pepper chopped

can{10 3/4 ounce}cream of mushroom soup undiluted

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
1 cmilk
-
1 can{12 ounce} ctuna, drained and flaked

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1 jardrained diced pimentoes {optional}

1/2 cdry seasoned bread crumbs

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make tuna noodle casserole

1Cook noodles according to package directions, In skillet saute the onion, celery and peppers until tender. set aside.

2In a saucepan combine the soup, cheddar cheese and milk, cook and stir over medium heat until cheese melts

3Drain the noodles and place into a large bowl, add the vegetables, mayonnaise, soup mixture, tuna and pimentoes, pour into a casserole and cook uncovered at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes,remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese., serve with crusty rolls or garlic bread.
