Ingredients For tuna melt casserole

  • 6 oz
    rotini pasta
  • 2 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 can
    solid white tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 lg
    tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 c
    crushed club crackers
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted

How To Make tuna melt casserole

    Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • 2
    Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and return to pot
  • 3
    Whisk soup, 1 cup cheese and milk in a medium bowl until smooth
  • 4
    Stir in pasta and then gently fold in tuna and tomatoes. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish
  • 5
    Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup cheese
  • 6
    Stir together cracker crumbs and butter in a small bowl, sprinkle over noodle mixture

    Bake until casserole is bubbling and cracker crumbs begin to brown, 15 to 20 minutes
