Ingredients For truffle mac & cheese

8 ozmini penne pasta

2 Tbspblack truffle oil

3 Tbsptruffle butter

3/4 cpanko bread crumbs

16 ozcracker barrel vermont extra sharp white cheddar cheese shredded

3 Tbspbutter
-
3 Tbspflour
-
2 cheavy cream
How To Make truffle mac & cheese

1cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain and drizzle black truffle oil mixing while drizzling. Set aside.

2Melt the truffle butter in small saucepan. Add panko breadcrumbs and stir to combine. Set aside

3Preheat oven 350 degrees

4Melt the butter in saucepan and add the flour stirring to incorporate the flour. Slowly add the heavy cream. Stir until thickened a bit. Add all but 1 cup of the cheese and cook until cheese melts.

5Mix the cheese mixture with the pasta and place in baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and Panko mixture on top.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
