Ingredients For triple cheese mostaccioli bake

8 ozmostaccioli, uncooked

1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbasil leaves

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

4 1/2 cmilk

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 cshredded swiss cheese
How To Make triple cheese mostaccioli bake

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2In a large saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, basil, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Over medium heat, cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles; remove from heat.

3Add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese; mix well. Stir in cooked pasta.

4Spoon half the pasta mixture into a greased 13x9" baking dish; top with Swiss cheese, and then remaining pasta mixture. Cover and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

5Uncover, immediately top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
