This is another favorite pizza for my Grandson. He loves pasta and pizza. I made this with the Spinach and tomato enriched pasta since he dislikes veggies unless they are hidden.

Ingredients For tri color scetti pizza

  • 1 lg
    refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 c
    prepared pasta sauce
  • 1 c
    prepared alfredo sauce
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat shredded
  • 2 c
    cooked pasta (tri color)
  • 1/4 c
    asiago cheese, grated

How To Make tri color scetti pizza

  • 1
    Pre cook pasta and set aside to cool
  • 2
    spread pizza dough on a 10"round pizza pan
  • 3
    spread prepared pasta sauce over crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and remove
  • 4
    Mix pasta with alfredo sauce and spread over the semi baked crust.

    sprinkle with asaiago cheese and mozzarella cheese and return to the 400 degree oven
  • 6
    bake until golden brown and melted cheese 10-15 minutes. let stand for 5 minutes before cutting**cheese is very hot**
