2 Tbspolive oil

2 smshallots

1 tspminced garlic

1 cchicken broth

1 csugar snap peas

1 cfrozen green peas

1 cgrated parmesean

8 slicebacon, chopped

1 cheavy cream
How To Make tootie's creamy pea and bacon farfalle

1Get a pot of water boiling for the farfalle, cook farfalle al dente.

2Meanwhile, heat 2tbs olive oil in skillet large enough to house all ingredients eventually.

3Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy.

4Remove bacon from pan. Add diced shallots and garlic to pan and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.

5Add ½ cup chicken broth to pan and sugar snap peas. Cook two minutes.

6Add pasta, bacon, peas, parm, remaining broth, and cream to skillet. Cook until consistency is thickened and the ingredients are well blended.
