Ingredients For tootie's creamy pea and bacon farfalle

  • 1 lb
    farfalle
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 sm
    shallots
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 c
    sugar snap peas
  • 1 c
    frozen green peas
  • 1 c
    grated parmesean
  • 8 slice
    bacon, chopped
  • 1 c
    heavy cream

How To Make tootie's creamy pea and bacon farfalle

    Get a pot of water boiling for the farfalle, cook farfalle al dente.

    Meanwhile, heat 2tbs olive oil in skillet large enough to house all ingredients eventually.

    Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy.

    Remove bacon from pan. Add diced shallots and garlic to pan and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.

    Add ½ cup chicken broth to pan and sugar snap peas. Cook two minutes.

    Add pasta, bacon, peas, parm, remaining broth, and cream to skillet. Cook until consistency is thickened and the ingredients are well blended.
