Ingredients For tomato basil pasta

1/2 lbfettuccine pasta

2medium sized ripe tomatoes

3cloves garlic, chopped

6-8basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons

2 Tbspolive oil
-
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make tomato basil pasta

1Roughly chop the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

2Put the tomatoes in a bowl with the garlic, basil and olive oil.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Drain pasta, add to bowl and toss well with tomato mixture.

5Top with tomato, parmesan cheese and another few grinds of pepper.
