Ingredients For tex-mex pasta salad

1 lbrotini pasta
-
1 cancorn, drained

1 cansliced black olives
-
1 canblack beans, drained

1 mdgreen bell pepper, chopped

2 mdtomatoes, chopped

1 pkgshredded colby and jack cheese

1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 jarsalsa, chunky

1/2 cfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make tex-mex pasta salad

1Cook pasta according to directions. Run under cold water and drain. In a large bowl, add pasta, corn, black beans, black olives, bell pepper and tomatoes. Gently toss salad.

2In a food processor, combine cream cheese, salsa and parsley until blended. Gently add to pasta and mix.

3Sprinkle pasta salad with shredded cheese. Serve immediately, or chill and serve later.
