Ingredients For taco pasta

1 mdonion
-
1 canmushrooms
-
1 lgcauliflower, steamed

1 lb90% lean ground beef
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 1/2 cwater
-
1 1/2 cdry pasta of choice, i use farfalle

for garnish
-
onion, chopped
-
tomato, chopped
-
shredded lettuce
-
salsa
-
optional garnish not included in points above

cheddar cheese, shredded

sour cream
How To Make taco pasta

1Cook Pasta to taste. Be sure to Salt the water while cooking

2Caramelize Onions, put aside until later

3Steam Cauliflower and Smash

4Brown ground beef
-
5Prepare Ground beef mixture as indicated on the Taco seasoning package

6Combine Ground beef mixture, Cauliflower Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, and Pasta MIX WELL
-
7Serve and Garnish with Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream
