This is my husband's favorite. It makes so much we have leftovers for 3 days. It's good cold, too.

Ingredients For taco pasta

  • 1 lb
    pasta shells of your choice, cooked
  • 1 lb
    ground beef or sausage, cooked
  • 1
    large jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1/2 lb
    sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb
    monteray jack cheese, cubed
  • 1
    small bag of frozen sweet corn

How To Make taco pasta

  • 1
    Cook and drain pasta. If you're using corn, you can throw it in with the pasta when there are 5 minutes left.
  • 2
    Brown meat, cube cheese.
  • 3
    Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and serve.
