Ingredients For sweet & tangy chicken livers with angel hair pasta

8 ozangel hair pasta

2strips bacon
-
1/2onion, sliced

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 lbchicken livers, sliced

1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 cdry white wine
-
1/2 cdried cherries
-
1/2 cchicken broth
-
salt and pepper
-
micro greens, for garnish
How To Make sweet & tangy chicken livers with angel hair pasta

1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and add the angel hair pasta. Cook about 15 minutes.

2Meanwhile, chop the bacon. Add the bacon to a saute' pan. Once the fat starts to render, add the onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add the chicken livers and cook about 2 more minutes. Add the thyme and wine and cook 2 minutes. Add the cherries and chicken broth. Cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

3Drain the pasta and serve the chicken liver sauce over the pasta. Garnish with micro greens.
