Ingredients For sundried tomato/spinach pasta torte

8 ozspaghetti

1/2 csun dried tomatoes (hydrated in olive oil)

2 cspinach, fresh

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspolive oil

4eggs
-
1 cparmesan cheese
-
salt/pepper
How To Make sundried tomato/spinach pasta torte

1Boil pasta al dente ( about 8 mins) drain

2in a large saute pan..olive oil, butter,spinach,sun dried tomatoes...salt/pepper

3combine with pasta...let cool ...meanwhile whisk eggs and parmesan cheese...in a oil sprayed baking dish...mix all together and press down ...bake at 350 30 mins...serve warm...with or without a drizzle of marinara sauce
