Ingredients For sundried tomato/spinach pasta torte

  • 8 oz
    spaghetti
  • 1/2 c
    sun dried tomatoes (hydrated in olive oil)
  • 2 c
    spinach, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • salt/pepper

How To Make sundried tomato/spinach pasta torte

    Boil pasta al dente ( about 8 mins) drain
  • 2
    in a large saute pan..olive oil, butter,spinach,sun dried tomatoes...salt/pepper
  • 3
    combine with pasta...let cool ...meanwhile whisk eggs and parmesan cheese...in a oil sprayed baking dish...mix all together and press down ...bake at 350 30 mins...serve warm...with or without a drizzle of marinara sauce
